Founder & Senior Development Leader
Senior development and project-management leader with more than 30 years of international and California experience, holding two master’s degrees in Architecture and Construction Management.
Shirin brings extensive experience leading high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use, affordable housing, and tenant improvement projects from initial concept and development planning through design, permitting, and construction.
At Veloura Development, she leads the coordination and delivery of complex projects, working closely with owners, investors, architects, engineers, consultants, agencies, and contractors. Her expertise includes multidisciplinary coordination, development planning, architectural and engineering coordination, comprehensive plan-set coordination and submission, permitting, project delivery strategy, contractor evaluation and selection, and construction oversight.
Recognized for strategic leadership and disciplined project coordination, Shirin focuses on aligning design, development objectives, budget, schedule, regulatory requirements, and construction execution to deliver efficient, high-quality, and code-compliant project outcomes.

Sheida
Architect & Certified Construction Manager
Sheida is an accomplished architectural and construction management leader with extensive experience contributing to complex capital-funded construction programs, essential facilities, and large-scale public and private-sector projects.
Her professional background encompasses architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, and full-cycle project delivery, with a strong focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams and advancing complex projects from planning and design through construction and completion.
Sheida brings a strategic and integrated approach to project delivery, working across architectural, technical, operational, and construction disciplines to support high-quality outcomes for complex facilities and development programs.
Her experience includes collaboration with public agencies, private-sector organizations, design professionals, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders, providing the coordination and leadership required to successfully navigate sophisticated project environments.
