ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING COORDINATION
Our team includes licensed architecture and engineering professionals who provide integrated design and technical coordination throughout the development process. We develop architectural designs and coordinate structural engineering, MEP systems, electrical, Title 24 compliance, landscape, interior design, and other required disciplines. From initial concept through permitting and construction readiness, we ensure each discipline is fully coordinated, aligned with the project objectives, and responsive to applicable codes and site requirements. This integrated approach reduces conflicts, streamlines approvals, improves efficiency, and delivers high-quality, permit-ready and construction-ready documentation.

PERMIT EXPEDITING & AGENCY APPROVALS
